We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship
Officer (CRO) to join our team. The main responsibility of this position is to
oversee and assist our valued customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding the needs of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
Explain to the customers the benefits and offers related to the products.
Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway.
Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to converse in regional language along with English.
Ability to convince customers.
Assist customers with all their queries.
